The American Culinary Standards Board

The American Culinary Standards Board is announcing that it will offer FREE sanitation certification training materials that can be used to pass both the ACSB Sani-Safe Program and the NRA Serve Safe certification program online on its web site, http://www.AmericanCulinaryStandardsBoard.com
 
The site offers educational power point presentations, manuals, and free government, kitchen, and restaurant management posters and forms.
 
The site also offers a complete training software program chefs and owners cna order to train staff, and completely downloadable materials in pdf form that are also free.
 
The ACSB is announcing that it is also offering for the first time its Sanitations Certification program, where passing applicants can earn the title of Certified Saniterian, C.S. designation to use with their professional titles and cradentials.
 
The cost of the CS exam is 39.95, and no membership or ongoing fees are required, this certification is approved by the CFP, IFPA, and 45 States through the Department of Agriculture, the EPA and FDA

A William Allen is President of the ACSB, he was a White House Intern, and worked with Robert Wong at the Greenbrier Resort, Allen went on to be the exeuctive chef of the Grand Canyon resort Properties, The State House In West Virginia, and Currently resides as the acting president of the ACSB.
 
Allen holds degrees in Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Airport Managemnent, Air Traffic Control, Computers and a Masters in Administrative management.
 
Allen was one of the youngers vice presidents of the ACSB, and the youngest president at age 42. He has been on the board of several major college culinary arts programs, and has been on the board of directors with several major US food Companies, and restaurant holding groups.
