6th to 11th November 2006 Grand Gourmet Summit Dubai

A celebration of inspirational cooking - following the success of the first Grand Gourmet Summit in Dubai, the 2006 event will feature some of the very finest culinary artists flown in from the gourmet capitals of the world.

This event is aimed at a broad audience of international guests with refined tastes in food and beverage.

Affiliated to the World Gourmet Club, an umbrella organization for gourmet events in Las Vegas, Melbourne and St. Moritz, Grand Hyatt Dubai have been given exclusive rights as a member of the club to represent the Middle East on the gourmet map of the world.

Presenting a week of gourmet excitement, the Grand Gourmet Summit will feature six renowned Masterchefs and highly accredited personalities from the world of wines.

Hans Välimäki, who has been honored with The Restaurateur Award, will showcase innovative cuisine with a Finish touch.

Originally Lebanese Greg Malouf, has gained expertise in many countries and is now one of Australia’s most famous chef.

Creative Claudio Sadler, owner of a two Michelin star restaurant in Milan, will provide insight into the Italian art of cooking.

Scott Webster, a highly recognized chef and respected Australian food consultant will share his secrets on exquisite cuisine.

Featuring nine various events during the week at Grand Hyatt Dubai’s STUDIO, for lunch and for dinner these culinary celebrities will be showcasing specialty cuisines and offering consumers the opportunity to sample some of the finest culinary creations from around the world.

And to add even more glamour to the week a Grand Gala Event will take place where all the Star Chefs and the Winemakers will demonstrate their knowledge and talents.
