“There isn’t anything faster than Frieda’s Roasted Elephant Garlic,” said Karen Caplan, Frieda’s President. “It’s perfect for consumers who love to roast garlic but just don’t have the time.”
Available exclusively from Frieda’s, the Roasted Elephant Garlic is packed in 12/7oz. tubs per case, complete with usage suggestions and preparation instructions on each label.
Frieda’s starts with Elephant Garlic, a milder and slightly sweeter alternative to traditional garlic, and roasts it to perfection.
A few spices are added to create the Cajun and Italian versions or if preferred there is a Traditional version with nothing added.
Roasted Elephant Garlic must be kept refrigerated for optimum shelf life, 30 days from date of packaging.
It should be merchandised in refrigerated areas with other convenience or ready-to-eat products.
“Roasted garlic is such a simple way to enhance so many dishes and Frieda’s Roasted Elephant Garlic is such the perfect time-saver for the busy consumer to have in the kitchen for holiday cooking,” said Caplan.
Simply heat the Roasted Elephant Garlic in the microwave and in less than two minutes your customer will be enjoying warm, roasted Elephant Garlic.
Spread the garlic on fresh baked breads, add to mashed potatoes, stir into soups and sauces or create garlic mayonnaise and enjoy as a dip or on sandwiches.
