The International Association of Conference Centers has named four finalists to compete in the 2007 Copper Skillet cooking competition. Chefs from over 200 IACC properties submitted their original recipe for a Thai inspired dish utilizing a fifty ingredient store room list. The Chefs will compete in a 30 minute mystery basket format cook off for the title of United States IACC Chef of the year, The winner will then go on to compete against the IACC International Champion for the title of IACC International Chef of the year.
