Green Rabbit, LLC Announces the Introduction of its New Product Line – MimicCreme™ – A Non-Dairy And Non-Soy Cream Substitute.

Albany , NY , January 3, 2007 - Green Rabbit, LLC has developed a non-dairy, non-soy cream substitute that can be used in recipes the same way one would use dairy cream.

The product is named MimicCreme™ and its primary ingredients are cashews and almonds. Cashews are rich in essential amino acids and almonds are rich in anti-oxidant vitamin E.  MimicCreme™ is 100% Vegan and Kosher, and is naturally low in saturated fat and has zero cholesterol. It is also Gluten and Lactose free.

MimicCreme™ will be available by mid-March and will be available in 3 versions; one unsweetened and two sweetened.

Use the unsweetened version in sauces, gravies, cakes, and any recipe that calls for dairy cream. There are two sweetened versions, one sweetened with natural sugar cane and one sweetened with a healthy sugar substitute.   Each makes it possible to create delicious frozen dessert flavors that taste like premium ice creams.

MimicCreme™ will be available in both 1 quart retail packaging and 1 gallon restaurant supply bag-in-box packaging.   The product has a 9 month to 1 year shelf life and is stable 7-10 days, refrigerated, once opened.

For additional information on MimicCreme™, contact Vincent Colavito or visit www.mimiccreme.com. Product may be purchased directly through our website or contact us for a distributor in your area.
