Washington, New Jersey-February 12, 2007-

In answer to America's long-standing love affair with food, cooking and all things culinary, Chef Jewels Quelly has cooked up a new radio show. Beginning March 14, 2007, Dig In with Jewels Quelly will air every Wednesday from 11:00 am to noon on WRNJ Oldies 1510 AM broadcast from Hackettstown, New Jersey. For listeners beyond the broadcast area, the show is webcast from the station's website www.oldies1510.com .

The show will feature food and beverage history, information on seasonal produce, book reviews and whatever "culinary fun stuff" rises to the surface. Chef Quelly is always looking for cuisine-related guests, books, establishments and products to promote on her show.

Chef Quelly is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She is the Chef/Owner of AngelFood Personal Chef Service and Catering Company in Washington, New Jersey. She has been the Food Features Correspondent for The Express-Times Newspaper since 1998. Celebrating their 10th anniversary in 2006, AngelFood is committed to providing innovative and creative, high-quality epicurean delights coupled with extraordinary presentations.
