Crown Valley Winery is set to introduce the first champagne house in the Midwest, with the Grand Opening scheduled for Saturday, February 17, 2007.
Ste. Genevieve, MO - Crown Valley Winery is set to introduce the first champagne house in the Midwest, with the Grand Opening scheduled for Saturday, February 17, 2007. Farmington, Missouri will be home to this state-of-the-art facility which will produce our sparkling wine using two fermentation processes: the traditional Champagne method and the Charmat method.
