Tim Wasylko Joins National Arts Centre as Executive Sous-Chef

Chef Tim Wasylko is a passionate Canadian with exceptional international
experience ranging from being a university-level cooking instructor
in Mexico to heading the kitchens for 3000 Canadian troops and
multi-national forces in Afghanistan.
Some of his career highlights include:
- His current position as Executive Sous Chef for the National Art Centre of Canada
- A successful 15 year career that has brought him to many different regions within Canada and abroad including such places as Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Whistler, British Columbia, Australia, Mexico and Afghanistan
- Being the Chef of Alimentaria Mexico 2002-2003-2004 (Latin America's largest food-related trade show)
- Being featured in a variety of culinary magazines and cooking shows including Wine Spectator Magazine, Bon Appetite, Le Chef, and Taste of Life just to name a few Chef Tim Wasylko has exceptionally high standards when it comes to the quality and taste of his dishes and a keen ability to motivate his brigade and capture the heart of any culinary connoisseur.
