Blue Goose Personal Chef Service, a customized in-home personal chef service, is now available for busy executives and families in the Delaware, Blackford, Jay, Henry, Grant and Madison counties areas. Blue Goose Personal Chef Service is owned and operated by Chef Charles W. Redmon and offers ‘palate-specific’ personal meals cooked from fresh ingredients in private homes. “With so many households where people working, meal planning and preparation becomes an extra burden. Frozen entries and take-out food, while convenient, is loaded with salt and preservatives, “ says Chef Redmon. “You may save preparation time, but your family’s health and well-being suffers in the long run.”

Chef Redmon meets with each client to determine their specific dietary needs. Then menus are agreed upon and a cooking day is selected. “We shop for all the food, come into the client’s home every other week and cook about 10 meals. Then we fresh freeze them and clean everything up. “We leave nothing behind but delicious smells and great food,” says Chef Redmon.
