I am very please to inform you that we have selected Canadian Chef Tim Wasylko to be our Canada Pavilion chef at Anuga 2007.
Many of you will recall Tim, from BioFach 2007 as the highly energetic and talented chef who did an outstanding job for Canada in Nuremberg .
