The Fairmont Chicago Appoints Brad Parsons to Executive Chef

The Fairmont Chicago is pleased to announce the appointment and promotion of Brad Parsons to Executive Chef.
Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Brad Parsons has worked in both front and back of the house for some of the best restaurants in the world. Spanning both coasts, Parsons has simmered, sizzled and steamed for esteemed establishments Domaine Chandon, Martini House and Bouchon in California; Tru in Chicago; Alan Wong’s Restaurant, Hawaii and The Commander’s Palace in New Orleans before taking the helm as executive chef for The Fairmont Chicago.
Chef Brad was most recently the executive sous chef for The Fairmont Chicago, and cut his teeth with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in 2003 as the chef de cuisine for the award-winning Aria Restaurant, where he made a name for himself as the "Love Chef," offering sage relationship advice in the form of online recipes.
