Jamba Inc. CEO and CFO resign in shakeup

Jamba Inc. CEO and president Paul Clayton resigned, the company said late Wednesday. Chairman Steven Berrard has assumed the role of interim CEO and president as the company begins a search for Clayton's replacement.
