(Washington, D.C.) The National Restaurant Association will present its Restaurant Neighbor Award to Madam's Organ at a gala luncheon on Monday, Sept. 14. A local landmark in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of the city, Madam's Organ won the small business category of the national awards for its work with inner-city children.
