Prince Castle Dedicated Holding Bins provide the means for large foodservice operations to perform at peak efficiency, not just in terms of energy, but also in labor and food waste. Its exclusive Reli-A-Temp™ infrared heater technology holds food temperatures more consistent within the designated holding time than other types of heating systems, so food is kept at the desired serving temperature and not overcooked. Extended hold times reduce waste and offer the flexibility to address peak/off-peak demands. The equipped MenuTrak food supervisory system tracks menu item locations and their respective hold times. It also indicates when to discard old product and begin cooking new product, for assurance that customers are always being served the best and freshest menu items.
This unit features two cavities, each accommodating two third size, 2-1/2" deep pans for a total of four pans. Independent adjustable upper and lower heaters offer maximum flexibility in setting the precise food holding temperatures. Heaters are easily wiped down, and access to all areas of cavities is simple. Rack system, pans and covers can be broken down quickly and are dishwasher safe.
