A heavy-duty commercial mixer engineered to meet the needs of the most demanding foodservice operations. The durable and reliable gear-driven transmission ensures consistent performance and minimum downtime with positive drive under heavy loads. Three fixed speeds support consistent results and thorough mixing, while still allowing the flexibility multiple mixing speeds allow. Hobart manufactured agitators are designed for long-term usage under heavy-duty conditions.
Features a 1/6 hp Hobart designed motor, in a ventilated, sleeve bearing, drip-proof enclosure. Toggle-type control, mechanically interlock with transmission shift handle. Includes automatic circuit breaker with manual reset switch. Three speed selection transmission, with convenient shift handle mounted near ON/OFF switch, reaches agitator speeds of 136 RPM on Low, 281 RPM on Intermediate, and 580 RPM on High. Mixing bowl locks at top and bottom of lift travel, controlled by convenient hand lever. Hybrid Powder Coat finish. Includes one 5 quart capacity stainless steel bowl, one flat beater, one wire whip, and one dough hook. UL listed for residential and commercial use. Warranty: One year part and labor.
