Sturdy ABS housing is water-resistant for years of foodservice use. Temperature range from -40°F to 500°F with a temperature accuracy of ± 2°F. Long 4500 hour battery life (requires 3 AAA batteries, not included).

This electronic meat thermometer kit includes the model 32311-K EconoTemp thermometer with plastic case and three different probe models (type K thermocouple) for various foodservice needs. The model 31901 needle probe has a 4" shaft and is suitable for most insertion/immersion measurements. Response time is 4 seconds in liquid, with a maximum temperature of 400°F (300° handle). The model 31905 bare tip probe takes either air or immersion temperatures. Response time is 1 second in liquid, or 3 seconds in 5 m/sec air, with a maximum temperature of 400°F. The model 31907 bell surface probe has a 4" shaft and is suitable for temperature measurements on any flat surface. Response time is 5 seconds on an oiled surface, with a maximum temperature of 400°F (300° handle).
