Cleaning: Zesting Fruit on a GraterIt's always more work than you want, trying to get the zest out of the grater.
Try this, cover the side of the grater with plastic wrap, then grate over the top of the plastic.
The zest will stay on top of the plastic. Hold the grater over a bowl and peel the plastic off the grater when done.
