Cooking: Smoked Turkey, Hams, Duck and Geese
Heating Instructions: We recommend that you loosely wrap these products in foil and place them in an oven which has been preheated to 250 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes per pound. Use an instant read thermometer to see just how warm you product is. Remove these products when your thermometer reads 135 to 140 degrees.
If you own a gas grill, try heating these products covered on the upper rack in a pan that contains a little water. If using this method, remember to baste frequently. Like all meats, allow at least 15 minutes for these products to rest before carving.
