Preparation: How to make
the Perfect 5 ounce BurgerSave the lid from a 1 gallon jar of pickles or pepperoncini. Weigh out your burger into portions.
Pull a piece of plastic wrap and cover the inverted lid. Place the ground meat into the lid, press to form the patty. Pull the plastic around the burger. Turn the lid over and tap it lightly on the work surface.
Out pops your wrapped burger. Repeat. Every burger is the same size and are firmly packed so they will not fall apart on the broiler.
