Storing: Chocolate

At room temperature White Chocolate begins to loose quality after about five months.

Dark Chocolate on the other hand seems to improve in flavor for up to 18-20 months.

Milk Chocolate will deteriorate faster because it contains dairy butter, use in 5 months.

Stored in the cooler all three will last indefinitely if stored in an air tight container.

Chocolates contain fats, so they will absorb unpleasant odors if subjected.
