Storing: Meat (Freezing Cooked)Put the meat in a "zipper" style bag and surround it with au jus, demi-glace or a brown sauce and remove any air in the bag.
This will prevent freezer burn on your meat, help it retain moisture and help it retain flavor during the thawing process.
Always thaw slowly under refrigeration.
